There are two types of post cards which we will be covering during our tour of Rhode Island postal history. Postal Cards produced by the United States Post Office are covered under Postal Stationary. (See Postal Stationary)

These postcard pages cover early pictorial type post cards which depict scenes and places in the state of Rhode Island. On some of the cards I will show both the front and the reverse and comment on the postage and cancellation types found on the cards. Many of the cards include Bios and or background history.
