The Squantum Club

Squantum is Native American for Heap of Rocks and the Narragansett Indians used to hold meetings on this beautiful peninsula that juts into Narragansett Bay.

The Squantum Association was incorporated in 1872 and the first permanent buildings were erected. The club is listed on the National Historic Register and has hosted U.S. Presidents, Senators, Governors and Industrial Leaders.

The Squantum Association offers private dining rooms, scenic views and  historic buildings; a dining experience that should not be missed.  It is located in East Providence, RI; (Formerly Watchemoket). The Squantum Association buildings were placed on the National Register of Historic Properties in 1980.
