Introduction to RI Duck and Trout Stamps
      

     
Rhode Island Duck Stamps
Proceeds from the sale of these duck stamps are used for waterfowl research, management, and habitat acquisition. There have been 14 issues since 1989 and the last four depict waterfowl and Rhode Island lighthouses.

Rhode Island Trout Stamps
Rhode Island Trout Conversation Stamps are required along with a regular Fresh Water Fishing License and help cover the costs of stocking and maintaining Trout and Landlocked Salmon in Rhode Island Fresh Water lakes, ponds and streams. Note that the first (1993) issue has regular perforations while the later trout stamps have rouletted perforations.
