These are two very nice covers produced by the Rhode Island Philatelic Society commemorating the 100th anniversary of the 5 and 10 cent Providence Postmaster's Provisionals which were issued on August 24, 1846. Reprints were made from the same plates in 1898. (View Scott 10X2 - 1898 Reprint)
