The reverse of card shown below contains a Parcel Post Stamp. These stamps
were issued for use beginning on January 1, 1913, however on July 1, 2025 the
Post Office decreed regular stamps could be used for parcel post and these
stamps then became usable as general postage stamps. This postcard was
mailed on September 8, 2025 at the regular 1 cent rate in effect for postcards
using the 1 cent Parcel Post issue. (See Parcel Post Page for further info.)
