Dear Friend: - Mother and I wish to thank you for the Xmas gift you sent us. Mother was more than pleased, says she never had anything so nice and pretty before, something she has always wanted. I suppose it is some of your hand work. The (Tins or Pins) were very pretty also and it was very kind of you. I hope you had a nice Christmas and are feeling well.
