Atlantic Tubing & Rubber Company Providence Rhode Island Mailed on October 11, 1939 to Sawyer's in Worcester, Massachusetts (Pronounced Wooster by the locals). The Atlantic Tubing Company began manufacturing Polyvinyl chloride pipe in 1962 and ceased operations in 1982. Atlantic disposed of it's industrial waste on-site and the property has been identified as a toxic waste site. |
