When I was a Freshman in High School, my science project for Biology was based on Ichthyology, (Fish Biology).  There was a URI professor on my paper route named, (This was his real name - honestly) Professor Fish and he was involved with the URI Marine Lab which was located just south of Saunderstown on Narragansett Bay. He helped me with my project and even provided me with some specimens and the formaldehyde to preserve them in.
