of a set of 4 addressed to Donna Seerist of Muscatine, Iowa
from Mrs. Carl Bowman. It was sent using the 1 cent -

During the late 19th
century and early 20th century Wickford became known as a
premier Summer Vacation area and the Cold Spring House was one
of several inns built to cater to the summer visitors. The Cold
Spring House was built in 1881 by Thomas C. Pierce and is still
in use today; primarily for civic functions. |
