Postmarked Block Island 1906 with Attleboro received CDS

I found a photo of a Tugboat named Charlie that was identical to the one shown here, so Charlie is the name of the Tug and Alice is the
name of the sailing vessel. I believe the vessel is a "Bark" and if so
is probably the Alice Knowles, a whaling bark built in 1879.
