The Post Office at Island Park, (Portsmouth Township, Newport County) Rhode Island was established on April 18, 1911 with Benjamin F. Mullen as Postmaster. The Post Office was disestablished on July 31, 1917 and mail is handled by the Tiverton Post Office.
