The Package would be delivered upon payment of the postage due by Pram Corp. Postage Due Stamps are affixed to the card in the amount equivalent to what is owed. The stamps are from the 1930-31 Postage Due issue and they include Eighteen $1.00, (Scott #J77); Five 5 cent, (Scott #J83); Two 2 cent, (Scott #J81); One 10 cent, (Scott # J84) and One 50 cent, (Scott #J86). I couldn't find any information concerning a Pram Corporation in Providence, Rhode Island and Pram could refer to either a baby carriage or a type of small blunt ended boat generally used for passage between dock and a larger moored boat.
