These old Advertising  Penny-Post Cards are fascinating.  This card is from the representative for Gerstendorfer Brothers. Evidently he worked out of Westerly, Rhode Island, although the company headquarters is in New York. This was sent to a potential customer in Norwich Connecticut, which is about 18 miles going up Route 2 to the northwest of Westerly, RI.
