The poster type Cinderella was attached to the rear of the cover and
is a promotional label for the Tercentenary Celebration 

The Cinderella Stamp above left was also used on the face of Rhode Island Tercentenary First Day Covers produced by the New Arcade Stamp Shop (F. R. Hazard) as seen on Planty #777-39a.
